Warranty for the IT1 protectors
It covers protector comfort and manufacturing defects for 3 years for the custom earplug, and 1 year for the electronics. During the warranty period, your hearing protection can be reproduced based on the impressions and the initial model. The electronics will be replaced in the event of a defect in this area.

What version of Bluetooth does IT1 use?
The Bluetooth version used by IT1 connected hearing protection is version 5.0, which is compatible with most smartphones on the market.
Is IT1 fitted with attenuation filters?
Yes, 2 levels of attenuation are available: 22 and 27 dB(A).
Is IT1 connected hearing protection certified?
Yes, IT1 is an EN 352-2-9-10 certified hearing protector (PPE against noise).
Does the IT1 protection have a volume limiter?
Yes, the IT1 has a media volume limiter at 82 dB(A). The user is therefore protected when listening to audio files.
How should employees clean their IT1 moulded earplugs?
With IT1, maintenance is quick and easy. The use of wipes and cleaning foam on the external surface optimises comfort, so you can wear your protectors 100% of the time when you're exposed to noise. Is IT1 connected hearing protection waterproof?
IT1 has an IP 67 rating, which means it is highly resistant to water and dust.
Is IT1 compatible with DECT phones?
Yes, the IT1 is compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled DECT phones on the market. It is advisable to test your DECT devices with the IT1 when the prevention technician visits your company to confirm compatibility.
